Amy has worked with a huge range of clients as a personal trainer, from celebrities, mums, grannies and athletes... It makes no difference who you are or what level of fitness you're at or want to achieve.
She is passionate about helping others live their "BEST LIFE" through exercise, while having a laugh in the process!

Technique and posture are key to Amy's style of training; focusing on building core strength and mobility.​

Boxing is her favourite way to exercise and release her inner badass! Both Amy and our founder Charlotte double up for the Rage Release therapy workshop.
